Return Policy for Leo-Optic.com:

Order Cancellation:

  1. You have the right to cancel your order at any time, with a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction value or 25 euros, whichever is higher.
  2. Cancellation fees for orders dispatched by the courier company will be as stated in point 1, in addition to the incurred shipping costs deducted from the order amount, both for outbound and return shipments.
  3. Custom products, like Astigmatism or Multifocal contact lenses, fall under the category of custom products as defined by European law. Once orders for these items are placed, we do not accept cancellations.

Return Policy for Non-Custom Products:

  1. Non-customized products are eligible for returns within 14 days for any reason, subject to the cancellation fees outlined in the previous sections.
  2. Please note that shipping costs for both outbound and return shipments will be deducted from the order amount (minimum 80 euros).

Return Shipping Method for Non-Custom Products:
1. When returning non-custom products, you must use DHL Express for the return shipment, and the shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.

Exceptions to Returns:
1. Custom products, such as contact lenses for Astigmatism or Multifocal, are considered custom products under European law, and we do not accept returns for these items.
2. Returns will not be accepted if the reason for return is related to taxes and duties or if the customer was unaware of such charges.

Defective or Incorrect Items:
1. In the event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, you have the right to return it for a full refund or a replacement.

Refund Processing:
1. Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 14 business days, using the same payment method you used for the order.
2. We do not charge any extra commission for processing refunds.
